Human Trafficking

Human trafficking is a heinous crime that deprives a person of their personal liberty for the exploitative purpose of performing labor services or commercial sex acts through the use of force, fraud, or coercion. The average age for a human trafficking victim is between 11 to 14 years old!

40.3 Million WORLDWIDE

According to the Report by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the most common form of human trafficking (79%) is sexual exploitation. The victims of sexual exploitation are predominantly women and girls.

400,000 People in Modern Slavery - U.S.

A rate of 1.26 victims for every 1,000 U.S. citizens, which is greater than the population of New Orleans in 2017. The number of children at risk for Human Trafficking in the US is likely hundreds of thousands but unknown.

We emphasize Raising Awareness, Education, and Prevention. Concerned Citizens, Advocacy Organizations, Faith-Based Organizations, and Law Enforcement are important partners in this fight to End Human Trafficking in the United States and World Wide.

Women and children are being sold for sex or labor, and sometimes both worldwide, but most shockingly in the United States.  There are hundreds of victims in Orange County, California, hundreds of thousands of victims in the United States, and millions around the globe.
